Auto Attendant

Auto Attendant is a Speech-Recognition-enabled product, catering to the communication needs of any organization regardless of the number of employees or points of presence.

Callers can be automatically directed to the desired extension by saying any combination of the following:
  • Full name
  • Surname
  • Title
  • Department
  • Telephone extension

Through use of a natural–like and simple speech user interface, callers are routed to the requested person (or department, or store, etc.) without human intervention.

Auto Attendant simulates the way a human receptionist handles an incoming call. Thus, the caller is presented with a familiar communication process and can interact with the service in a “natural” way. It automatically directs the call to the requested employee, department, unit etc. and similarly allows employees to call anybody on the corporate contacts database.

Users may receive missed calls notifications, listen to voicemails or set forwarding rules for their calls. They can also select where calls are originally routed (i.e. to their direct line, to an assistant etc.).

Auto Attendant is capable of simultaneously serving a large number of calls and due to its modular design, can be deployed by small businesses or large corporations.
